Lawyers, Cases, and the Internet

The Wall Street Journal Law Blog has posted an interesting article on the way that plaintiffs' lawyers are using the internet to fish for cases. It spotlights three firms who are using idiosyncratic urls to catch some big fish: Parker Waichman Alonso for oil disaster claims, Sokolove Law for Yaz birth-control claims, and James, Hoyer, Newcomer & Smiljanich for Westwood College claims. If you're a plaintiffs' lawyer, it's worth checking out for some marketing ideas. Check out the article here.
