Tracking Device Defendant Pleads Guilty

Antoine Jones decided to plead guilty with a 15-year sentence. He is the defendant who contested the government's placing of a tracking device on his vehicle. His first trial ended in a mistrial. His second ended with a conviction and he was given a life sentence, which he appealed all the way to the Supreme Court. He represented himself at a third trial this year where the jury split.
