I met Mr. Smythe a little over ten years ago. I was impressed not only by his ability as a lawyer but also by his style. He holds his self to a higher standard ethically and morally. Two years ago I found myself overwhelmed by a fraudulent lawsuit brought by an attorney against my mother who due to a severe brain injury was not able to defend herself.
